THE CATS
What amazing past year the Cats have had. Playing their brand of high energy Rock and Roll and RnB to audiences at venues and events around the UK, which included the prestigious Colne and Maryport (for the second year running) Blues festivals alongside the likes of Jools Holland, Chuck Berry, The Animals and John Mayall. On top of their busy live schedule they recorded and released their debut album "Lets have a good time". The band freatures Andy McMillan on Stand up/electric Basses and lead vocals with Frazer Graham on guitars/vocals and Sandy Sweetman on Drums.
THE SMOKIN HOGS
Smokin' Hogs play hard driving rocking blues which has its roots in the late 60's and early 70's British Rock & Blues era but is still very relevant today. They are an exciting and authentic live act and like to generate energy on stage with an electric and visual stage show.
The band formed six years ago, and have built up a solid reputation on the music scene playing at various blues clubs and festivals around the UK and Europe.
STEVE FRENCH BAND
A stratocaster lead three piece band, playing in the style of Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, a real strat hero from Sheffield in the best blues tradition, not to be missed, a fantastic finish to Saturtday.
THE DELUXE
A highly rated four piece Cumbrian based blues band fronted by twin lead guitars, Christian (who handles the vocals, and Martin start the evening with with a storming set of foot stomping standards and originals.
